Initial Consult $155
Consults are typically around 60 minutes and consist of a full holistic case taking of relevant body systems, dietary questionnaire, past medical history and family medical history, questions about work/lifestyle factors. A treatment plan will be tailored to your specific needs based on the information provided by you. This will be provided to you as a pdf including any other handouts or other information for your specific case. Supplementation may be recommended and is not included in this price.
Follow Up Consult $95
Consults are typically around 45 minutes. We touch base and go over your progress since your initial consult and tweak your treatment plan and further modify nutritional and lifestyle advice based on progress. A review of any supplements and assessment to see if further supplementation is required.
Detailed Dietary Analysis $65
This is done with advanced software and provides a detailed PDF which we will discuss in your next consult. This PDF will also be emailed to you and contains a micronutrient and macronutrient breakdown of a recorded period of your diet. Usually the assessment is based on a 3-5 day diet diary which includes at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day. This allows for a better understanding of exactly what you need to be eating more or less of and any potential risk for nutrient deficiency.
Segmental Body Composition - BIA (initial $55 subesquent $40)
This offers a very accurate estimate of your body composition, it is done by sending a very mild, safe electrical current through your body. Our BIA body compositions are done with Tanita scales - recognised worldwide for their scientific excellence and accuracy. This gives us a detailed report of your total muscle mass (which is then broken down further into each limb and trunk section), your total and segmental body fat percentage, your BMI, your basal metabolic rate (in kilojoules and kilocalories), your current hydration status, your metabolic age, physique rating and much more.
