Shopping and Cooking Package $650

This also includes a shopping visit with you to assist with making the right choices and knowing what to buy to prepare healthy nutritious food. This also includes a cooking session at your house, to help educate you on how to prepare and cook healthy nutritious food that's right for you. Three Consult Package $500
This includes an initial consult and 2 follow up consults to work towards achieving your goal. The consults consist of a full holistic assessment of your health condition, dietary questionnaire, past medical history and family medical history, questions about lifestyle factors. Self-Sustain Package $1850
The Self-Sustain Package consists of an initial consult which will delve into your health condition, dietary questionnaire, past medical history and family medical history, questions about lifestyle factors, and a treatment plan will be tailored to your specific needs based on the information provided by you. 5 follow up sessions are also included, to work towards achieving your goals and 1 food shopping outing and 2 cooking sessions at your house to help you know how to prepare and cook healthy food that will nourish and support your nutritional requirements.
